Working alongside executive leadership, I help translate vision into execution—building stronger operations, developing high-performing teams, and creating sustainable systems that position organizations for long-term growth.

With more than a decade of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry, I bring deep expertise in supply chain strategy, manufacturing operations, inventory optimization, strategic sourcing, organizational leadership, process improvement, and enterprise-wide change management. Throughout my career, I have led numerous multimillion-dollar sourcing and supply chain initiatives, strengthened operational performance, improved financial outcomes, and developed scalable solutions for complex business and operational challenges.

My extensive automotive career has provided me with experience across supply chain and manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing and supplier management, cybersecurity, software and technology procurement, engineering change management, and program execution. I have created organizational and operational efficiencies, managed multimillion-dollar sourcing portfolios, negotiated enterprise technology contracts, led strategic supplier initiatives, and developed sourcing strategies that generated measurable cost savings and operational value.

My leadership perspective increasingly sits at the intersection of operational excellence, advanced manufacturing, and Artificial Intelligence. I am particularly interested in the practical application of AI and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, streamline repetitive processes, strengthen organizational intelligence, and allow leaders to devote greater attention to strategy and innovation. My philosophy is not technology for technology’s sake, but technology, as a tool, applied intentionally, makes organizations—and, most importantly, the people within them—more effective.

I am a native Memphian and earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Memphis. As a proud Detroiter, I obtained my Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
