Ja'Von is responsible for leading the company, developing long-term strategy, and driving growth.

Before founding J. Francis Consulting Group, Ja'Von ran his own property management business and possesses over 20 years of business leadership experience in customer experience, project management, and leadership development. He has an extensive background at companies such as AT&T, Comcast, Netflix, Google, and DTE. He has had repeated success in simultaneously leading teams in achieving and developing key performance indicators (KPIs). His background includes overseeing up to 27 direct and 425 indirect employees and managing multiple projects and relationships between different departments.
